Have you heard about rucking? Or what many people call “backpacking?”



The word “ruck” is short for “rucksack,” a military backpack that soldiers use to carry supplies on their back. Rucking, or ruck marching, refers to walking over paved or unpaved terrain with a loaded rucksack for the purpose of improving your fitness.


Have you ever gone backpacking? Walking miles and miles with your living essentials on your back is a great way to get in shape, even with a modest pack. Rucking or backpacking helps to strengthen your legs, back, core, and cardio health.
